Free Shipping:

All single boot orders over $100.00 (excluding sales tax where applicable) will receive FREE standard ground shipping through UPS. As with all of our shipped orders, we ask that you allow 10-14 business days for receipt of your items.  WE CAN NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. MUST USE PHYSICAL ADDRESS-WE SHIP VIA UPS ONLY

Return Policy:

  • If you return a product for any kind of exchange, you are resposible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool.  You will then be charged to re-ship the new product. 
  • You are resposible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we are not resposible for lost items.
  • Boots/footwear returned for sizing must include all original tags, store receipt and must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  No exceptions.
  • Boots/footwear showing any sign of wear will not be accepted.  Wear boots only on clean carpeted flooring until you are sure they fit properly.
  • Boots/footwear must be in their original box and box must not be defaced in any way.  Doing so will result in a restocking fee. (NO TAPE OR LABELS ON BOOT BOXES)

All returned items must be unworn, accompanied by the original receipt, and returned in the original packaging. Boots/shoes returned within 30 days of purchase will be evaluated for in-store replacement. Boots/shoes returned within 60 days must be returned to the manufacturer for testing and pro-rating. We will provide this service at a cost to you of $10.00 (shipping charge). Any credit deemed applicable by the manufacturer will be applied toward a new boot/shoe purchase. If a boot/shoe passes testing, an additional $10.00 shipping charge will be imposed for the return of the item to the store. The following chart will apply on valid warranties and is at the full discretion of BET:

1 Month - Full replacement based on testing
2 Months - 90% of new pricing
3 Months - 80% of new pricing
4 Months - 70 % of new pricing
5 Months - 60% of new pricing
6 Months - 50% of new pricing

Note: Manufacturing warranty testing will be required prior to pro-rated adjustments being made.  Boots/shoes that are replaced will have no further warranty.
* BET cannot guarantee any wear and tear or damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
* Any boot/shoe that has been worn cannot be returned for sizing.

If your credit card provider does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, BET will cover the entire expense to you, up to the full $50.00. BET will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our Web site while using our secure server.

2) In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed after 9 am EST will be processed and shipped the following business day, regardless of shipping method. All overnight/2-day deliveries occur on business days only. If you are requesting an overnight delivery on Friday after 9 am EST, then your order will be processed on the following Monday and shipped accordingly. Standard ground deliveries are made Tuesday Through Friday, and will generally arrive within 7-10 business days of the original order date.
